Boeckmann Mansion

The nearly 18,000 square foot Boeckmann Mansion is a Georgian Revival Style Mansion which was built in 1928 for Dr. Egil Boeckmann and his wife Rachael Boeckmann, who was the daughter of James J. Hill.

Today, along with the current owner's residence, this magnificent mansion houses a garden level apartment and a third floor apartment, which can be divided into two separate dwellings if desired.
