Burbank Livingston Griggs Mansion
The breathtaking Burbank-Livingston Griggs Mansion is a three-story gray limestone mansion located in Cathedral Hill and perched high on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River Valley and the city skyline.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this is one of the finest examples of mid-nineteenth century Italianate architecture in Minnesota. It was originally designed for wealthy businessman James C. Burbank, but has since been converted to three separate units with sizes from 1,000 – 4,400 square feet.
The house is 8,000 square feet and is situated on 1.28 acres. The mansion includes eighteenth century boiseries shipped from Italy and France and installed in eight major rooms, nine fireplaces, marble floors, imported antique parquet floors, a ballroom, lavish baths, rock crystal chandeliers, a tupelo, and a grand staircase. This is truly one of a kind.

Stout’s Island Lodge is a remarkable Adirondack style lodge located on Red Cedar Lake in northwestern Wisconsin, just a two-hour drive from the Twin Cities.
The island resort includes 43 guest rooms that are situated in 11 unique cabins located around the sprawling property. Many recreational activities, such as fishing, canoeing, tennis, and croquet, are available to island guests.

Villa Maria, formerly Villa Maria Academy, was built in the 1890s as a school by the Ursuline Sisters of the Central Province, a group of Catholic nuns based in St. Louis.
Marian Hall, the spectacular main building designed in the style of grand French Country Villas of the 17th and 18th Centuries. The Villa is located within its own 60 acre park, surround by the spectacular 3,000 acre Frontenac State Park.
